Abstract
The implementation of travel package agreements that is done by travel agents CV. Antaran Tour with service users in oral or written form is adjucted to the wishes of service users. Travel package agreements that have fulfilled the terms of validity of the agreement will incur the responsibilities of the parties since the agreement was established. Freedom of service users in choosing all desired facilities and freedom to determine the contents of the agreement both in writing and orally is an application of the principle of freedom of contract in the tour package agreement. The research method used by the author in this study is normative juridical with descriptive research type in wich the writer will explain and describe the legal responsibilities towards the implementation of the agreement on the travel agency CV. Antaran Tour. Research results that can be concluded by the author is that an agreement that has been established by the parties in the tour package agreement raises responsibility. The legal responsibility covers the rights and obligations of each party and this settlement if one party makes a mistake either because of default or is against the law.
