Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the application of Islamic values-based school-friendly child management at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. This research was conducted at SDIT Nur Hidayah Suarakarta. The techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis techniques (direct). The results of this study indicate that the management of children-friendly schools based on Islamic values at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta is implemented in (a) curriculum management, (b) management of educational personnel, (c) student management, (d) financial management, (e) facilities and infrastructure management, (f) management of school relations with the community, and (g) management of special services.
