Abstract
Hangga Priyo Y. P100160062. Marketing Strategy Analysis at PT. Wisanka in an Effort to Increase Furniture Sales Volume, Postgraduate Program in Management of Education in Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. The purpose of writing this thesis is to analyze the furniture marketing product strategies and marketing obstacles faced by the company. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews. Results of discussions from respondents in the marketing strategy adopted by PT. Wisanka in Sukoharjo is maintaining the condition when shipping has experienced scratches, increasing efficiency, maintaining the quality of wood and furniture, maintaining furniture sales value remains high. While the barriers faced by HPP are still too high, where the HPP maker and production team provide security for uncertain anticipation, the quality of production is still not stable.
