Abstract

This study aims to develop and produce video-based accounting learning video scribe on posting material and ledgers. This research also aims to create an effective learning process and can improve student learning outcomes. This research was a development research. The research method used the Quasi Experiment method. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Delanggu Vocational High School. The subjects of this research trial were the Accounting students of X class as the experimental class and the control class. T-test analysis was used as data analysis technique. The results showed that: 1) Based on research from material experts and media experts, video scribe-based accounting learning media was feasible to be used for learning as a learning medium for posting material and ledgers. 2) The acquisition of pre-test and post-test scores in the control class only had a difference of 17.91, which initially had a pre-test value of 41.25 and post-test to be 59.16, indicating an insignificant increase. 3) In the experimental class the acquisition of pre-test value was 45.90 then the post-test value has increased by 92.72 indicating that after the use of video-based accounting learning video scribe there was an increase in student learning outcomes.
