Abstract

Flood is one of the dominant disaster in Indonesia. Sragen Regency which is located in Central Java is one area that is prone to flooding every year because of the overflow of the Bengawan Solo River and Garuda River. Karang Tengah Village is a village that is often affected by flooding due to the confluence of the two rivers. The flood resulted in material losses and fatalities. Therefore, the evacuation process must be carried out effectively and efficiently using preparedness in the form of an evacuation route. Preparedness in Karang Tengah Sub-district is not yet integrated because the problem of spreading evacuation sites for flood disasters in Karang Tengah Sub-district and evacuation routes for flood disasters in Karang Tengah Sub-district are not yet available. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of flood evacuation sites in Karang Tengah Village and analyze the flood evacuation routes in Karang Tengah Village which can be used as a form of preparedness in facing flood disasters. The method used is a census on the object of research in the form of public facilities as evacuation sites and roads as evacuation routes. Facilities will be scored using evacuation criteria parameters and safe distance parameters to determine the classification of evacuation sites which can be used as refugee camps. Affected settlements will be divided into affected settlement blocks as a starting point and evacuation sites will be the final point. The direction of evacuation is determined by suitability of the number of refugees starting point with the capacity of evacuation of end points in the closest distance using the closest facility. Roads will be sccored using road parameters and slope parameters to determine the value of raster pixels from cost surface results which are then processed using cost distance, cost backlink and least cost path so as to produce a flood evacuation route. The result of the flood evacuation route in Karang Tengah Village are divided into 7 based on the starting point of the evacuation and the evacuation end point, which include resettlement block 1 to SMK Sukowati Sragen, resettlement block 2 to MTS N 5 Sragen, resettlement block 3 to SMK N 2 Sragen, resettlement block 4 to SMP N 3 Sragen, resettlement block 5 to Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Middle School, resettlement block 6 to Birrul Walidain Sragen Elementary School and resetllement 7 to Kutorejo Field.
