Abstract

The implementation of the Community Policing program carried out by the Sragen Regional Police in carrying out the program of the realization of the Kasti Narcotics Community Kamtibmas Sragen Police said that: "Among them are: and youth leaders in the Sragen region by conducting siskamling, pam swakarsa or maintaining kamtibmas, traffic management carried out by youth in activities in the Sragen region market and parking management, as well as preventing and anticipating disruption of kamtibmas. Police and community partnerships in each Sragen sub-district were felt to be going very well; b) The Role of FKPM in Maintaining Kamtibmas, the role of FKPM in identifying, socializing Community Policing to the community, are activities carried out as a form of the role of Community Policing and FKPM in community life, especially in the entire Sragen Kelurahan. In dealing with crimes caused by the influence of liquor, the police experience various obstacles, namely: a) There are still in some areas, drinking liquor is a tradition to celebrate an event, such as a marriage or traditional ceremony; b) The actions of irresponsible police officers who protect alcohol dealers and sellers. Violations of mixed alcoholic drinks are classified as minor criminal offenses so that in the process of law enforcement sellers and robbers cannot be detained such as general criminal acts.The defendants who violated mixed alcoholic beverages only left their identity cards in the Satpol PP file and the Sabhara Police Unit; c) Lack of community participation to participate in tackling the misuse of alcoholic beverages, people who are still not aware that how dangerous mixed alcoholic drinks are an obstacle to law enforcement.
