Abstract

This study aims to determine the transaction system for credit card use in Surakarta VapeBroo stores. To find out the implementation of the transaction system the use of credit cards in Surakarta VapeBroo stores in terms of criminal law. This study uses an empirical juridical method in relation to the problem in this study is the cash withdrawal through credit card views seen from the Islamic law. Transactions through cash strikes are prohibited in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No.11 / 11 / PBI / 2009 Article 8 paragraph (2) and (3) Regarding the Implementation of Card-Based Payment Instrument Activities, because these business practices have abused the rules for using the credit card. own. Besides causing many losses including being able to make bad loans, prone to money laundering and triggering crime. The implementation of the transaction system for the use of credit cards in VapeBroo stores is reviewed in Islamic law, including illegal business where the business is prohibited by the state and religion because it is against sharia. The store has been doing business that violates the state rules made by Bank Indonesia as a central bank and the principles of doing business such as fraud in the form of engineering cash withdrawals by purchasing goods, there is usury, and also business that is not halal for cheating other parties for profit the big one as the word of God in the epistles.
