Abstract

This study aims to identify the training benefits that teachers receive in the 2013 curriculum training and describe the feasibility of lesson plans that were prepared after training by several grade IV teachers in Juwiring sub-district. This research uses a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The subjects of this study consisted of presenters of the 2013 curriculum training and three fourth grade teachers in Juwiring District. Data collection techniques used were documentation and interview techniques. The documentation technique is done by requesting lesson plans that have been prepared by the teacher to find out the feasibility of the lesson plans, while interview techniques are carried out on the training presenters and class IV teachers to find out the benefits of the training. Data analysis techniques used the Model Miles and Huberman analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and verification activities. The results of this study indicate that the fourth grade teachers benefited from the 2013 curriculum training, namely: getting basic knowledge of the 2013 curriculum, being able to compile lesson plans, being able to determine innovative learning media and presenting student assessments based on the 2013 curriculum. some compulsory components in the lesson plan.
