Abstract

The industrial classes management of light vehicle techniques (TKR) at SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri . Post Graduate Thesis Program. UMS. 2018. The purpose of this research is to describe it as follows: 1) the planning of industrial classes in TKR SMKN 2 Wonogiri, 2) the implementation of industrial classes in TKR SMKN 2 Wonogiri, 3) the evaluation of industrial classes in TKR SMKN 2 Wonogiri. Research methodology include; The type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques are: documentation, observation and in-depth interviews. Technique of data analysis based on data collection, researchers hold the reduction of data and data presentation, in the form of a note from the place of research consisting of parts of the description and the reflection. Results of the study include: (1) the planning of specific industry classes at SMK N 2 cultural industries and applying Wonogiri management workshop TKR-oriented PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), (2) implementation of industrial grade at SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri emphasized at practice learning methods to provide work experience in industry, and adapted to the needs of PT ADM, (3) evaluation of industrial grade at SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri got recognition from the industry prove that the student has particular expertise in specific areas as organized by the industrial grade, And the alumni or former graduates with high capability recruitment are many brought in work recruitment of l pt. ADM, , data from BKK Skanda SMK N 2 Wonogiri mentioned that students who succeded on recruitment PT. ADM in 2016 is 17 students, there are 41 students in 2017 and in 2018 there are 68 students.
