Abstract
This study describes the Implementation of Sharia Business Principles and Ethics among Muslim Traders, explains how to improve the performance of Muslim traders in carrying out their business practices in the Gagan market environment, Boyolali. The purpose of this study is to study how to implement merchant policies and the application of Islamic business ethics among Muslim traders in the Gagan market, Boyolali. This research is qualitative by using the inductive method. Starting in terms of how to collect data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study of the Implementation of Sharia Business Principles and Ethics among Muslim Traders in the Gagan Market are writers who really question that they do not find the slightest if there are practices that contain elements of gharar, usury, and other types of practices that are beneficial to consumers. Based on observations made, Muslim traders from the Gagan Boyolali market are indeed enough to carry out agreements related to these principles (Tawhid), the principle of Balance (balance), Free will (free will), (Work, Responsibility, Honesty, and Not doing business practices and products being traded are halal goods). The implementation of sharia principles and business ethics among Muslim traders in the Gagan market, if it is approved and analyzed seriously, there is not the slightest finding that deviates from Islamic teachings.
