Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of the Regional Revenue, the Balancing Fund consisting of the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund, and the Remaining Budget Financing on capital expenditure in Central Java Province. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all regencies / cities in Central Java Province which cover 35 regencies / cities. The sample of this research is all regencies / cities in Central Java Province who routinely report the Regional Budget. The data used comes from the financial statements of the Regency / City of Central Java Province from the 2014 fiscal year to 2016. The results showed that the Regional Original Revenue, Revenue Sharing Funds, Special Allocation Funds had an influence on Capital Expenditures while the General Allocation Funds and the Remaining Budget Financing had no significant effect on Capital Expenditures
