Abstract

Marriage satisfaction is a subjective evaluation carried out by a married couple about the marriage that has been undertaken. This study aims to find out what are the natural problems of married couples who work and how to achieve marital satisfaction in working couples. The subjects in this study were 4 married couples who were married and worked together. The method of data collection in this study is a semi-structured interview. The analysis is done through semi-structured interviews as data collection, then the data is processed into verbatim by entering themes through Nvivo11 software. Based on data from the results of this study indicate that a). Some of the problems faced by married couples who work are time together, longing for the presence of a child, infidelity, economy and parenting. b). Achievement of marital satisfaction in the form of marital satisfaction such as comfort, mutual understanding, happiness, communication, mutual openness, lasting, always together, child development, romance and the achievement of marital satisfaction in the form of time together, support given, communication, hopes of
