Abstract

This study aims to to analyze the influence of payment of the salary, bonus, training and motivation toward work performance of the employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Boyolali. Population in this research are employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Boyolali, while sample in this research were 40 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Boyolali by using questionaire for data collection. Data collection technique of the sample used is total sampling methods. Data analysis technique used is multiple analysis linear regression. Result of this research indicates that: Salary have influence over the performance of the employees. Bonus have influence over the performance of the employees. Training has influence over the performance of the employees. Motivation has influence over the performance of the employees.
