Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational culture. Good performance will improve the quality and productivity of companies and industries. The objectives of this study include: 1) Analyzing whether there is an influence of organizational culture variables consisting of professionalism, aggressiveness, innovation, accuracy, expertise and togetherness towards the performance of employees in the Laweyan Batik Industry Surakarta. 2) Analyzing which organizational culture variables predominantly affect employee performance. The types of data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to employees at Batik Mahkota Laweyan, Batik Putra Laweyan, and Merak Manis Batik, totaling 60 employees. The analytical method used in this study are: 1) Test the research instruments, namely the validity test and reliability test. 2) Classic assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. 3) Multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), effect validity test (t test), test coefficient of determination (R2 test). The results of data analysis were obtained using the SPSS Version 20 program. The results of the study partially showed that professionalism had a significant and negative effect on employee performance, aggressive and significant influence on employee performance, innovative positive and significant effect on employee performance, accuracy had negative effects and significant to employee performance, expertise has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and togetherness has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously the organizational culture variables consisting of professionalism, aggressiveness, innovation, accuracy, expertise and togetherness significantly influence the performance of employees in the Laweyan Batik Industry Surakarta.
