Abstract

Some factors that cause criminal acts with child victims include: (a) Social reality shows that children in physical conditions are still vulnerable to becoming victims of physical violence or abuse, should children be safe under the protection of their parents and extended family, but social symptoms indicate there are still various forms of persecutors towards children; (b) The level of faith and devotion is lacking; (c) Lack of openness between children, parents and family; (d) Habits of children who do not pay attention to the advice of parents. Article 69A explains that Special Protection for children victims of sexual crime is carried out through efforts: (a) education about reproductive health, religious values, and moral values; (b) social rehabilitation; (c) psychosocial assistance during treatment until recovery; and d) providing protection and assistance at examination starting from investigation, prosecution and examination at the court session.
