Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Karanganyar. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 830 employees of PT. Rosalia Indah Transport. The sample in this study took 100 respondents by sampling using the Convenience Sampling method, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of testing using the t test showed that compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport. The results of testing using the F Test show that compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport.
