Abstract

Tahu Sumber Rezeki SMEs conducts the production process by using equipment that is still simple and manual. In addition, the position of workers at work is also less ergonomic. Then the possibility of workers will experience the risk of workplace accidents even to the risk of injury. The purpose of this research is to identify musculoskeletal complaints felt by workers and analyze the risk of injury and provide suggestions for improvement. The research process begins with interviews, direct observation, documentation, processing the data obtained, then provides suggestions for improvement. This study uses the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine the musculoskeletal complaints of workers and the Manual Task Risk Assessment (ManTRA) method to determine the risk of injury when performing tasks. The results of processing the NBM questionnaire showed that there were complaints on the right shoulder, waist, right elbow, upper neck, left upper arm, right upper arm, left elbow, left wrist, left hand. The results of the ManTRA method show tasks that are at risk of causing injury, namely the task of soaking soybeans, the task of washing soybeans, the task of grinding soybeans, the task of bringing soybean porridge to the cooking stove, the task of cooking soybean porridge, the task of filtering the results of soybean porridge cooking, the task of adding vinegar acid, the task of print and press tofu. Proposed remedial recommendations given are to add supporting facilities to reduce the risk of injury due to the tasks performed.
