Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect on employee performance and analyzes the increase in competence towards employee performance. The population in this study is the Surakarta KPPN company. The number of samples in this study amounted to a total of 50 Surakarta KPPN employees. While the technique of taking samples uses a saturated sampling technique.Based on the results of the study, variables that support a significant increase in performance. Training variables have a significant importance on performance. While the results of the F test together with compensation variables, and training together prove positive for performance, so the model in the study can be used accordingly.
