Abstract

The purpose of writing this study is to: 1) Describe how the teacher determines the criteria for student learning outcomes. 2) Analyze the way the teacher uses KKM in determining student learning outcomes. 3) Describe the learning outcomes obtained by students based on KKM. 4) Describe the teacher's constraints in determining learning outcomes students based on KKM. 5) Analyzing the solutions used by the teacher in determining student learning outcomes based on KKM. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and documentation, while the qualitative data analysis techniques use the concepts of Miles and Huberman. The validity of the data is obtained through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Teachers in determining the criteria for learning outcomes by first determining indicators of achievement of competencies, 2) Determination of learning outcomes based on KKM using establishing KKM KD. Then students reach indicators in the learning process, 3) Learning outcomes obtained students based on the KKM are different. But the average thematic learning outcomes of class IV students have been able to reach the KKM in integrative thematic learning, 4) The obstacles faced in determining student learning outcomes based on KKM are the differences in intake and carrying capacity, 5) Teachers and principals try to overcome these obstacles, by way of deliberation, besides that the teacher also talks with colleagues.
