Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, service quality, price, and product quality on customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 105 consumers at Starbucks Solo Square using a questionnaire for data collection.The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Trust, Service Quality, Prices have a positive influence on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality does not have a positive influence on Customer Loyalty.
