Abstract

In the modern era, the use of agricultural tools that use mechanical power is one of the needs in supporting agriculture. Many agricultural tool manufacturers requires that every business actor to produce innovative products has the advantage of providing consumer satisfaction. The benefits of this research can be used as a reference and technique for businesses, especially CV Las Nusantara to determine competitive strategies and in developing products in accordance with market conditions. The object of this research is farmers around CV Las Nusantara, the respondent population is farmers by taking 100 samples. The method of data collection by interviews and questionnaires that are filled directly by respondents. The method of analysis of this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) model identifying by factors or constructs with measuring the effect or degree of relationship between the factors identified. Based on the results of processing shows that the probability> level of significance (α = 5%) so that it is interpreted that there is no significant effect on the overall between exogenous variables towards endogenous variables. While the path coefficient has a positive influence value between the exogenous variables to the endogenous variables. So it can be interpreted that the better the design, price, productivity, and promotion can improve market orientation, although not significantly. The results of the analysis produce the variable that has the most dominant influence on market orientation is the promotion variable with a path coefficient of 0.254.
