Abstract

"Hikmah" Home Industry is one of the home-scale industries engaged in the foodprocessing industry in Klaten, with products produced in the form of chicken intestinal chips. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of use in each level or level of product attributes and also identify the attributes that are consumers' preferences for the purchase of these IRT Hikmah chips products. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews, triangulation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the sampling technique used was Judgment sampling, with a total of 60 respondents who had consumed intestinal chips. Data processing in this study uses conjoint analysis, which in this method is useful for analyzing consumer preferences about a product and also the condition requirements that make up the attributes of the product. The results of the analysis found that the stimuli of the most popular respondents were intestinal chips with original flavor, other sizes or depending on demand (custom), crispy texture, color without the addition of turmeric, no expiration limits and no halal label. While the attributes considered important by respondents based on the highest to lowest values are the first attribute size, the second is taste, the third is color, the fourth is expired, the fifth is texture, and the last is the halal label.
