Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Teacher's perception of sex education, (2) Teacher's perception of sexual harassment, (3) Teacher's perception of prevention of sexual harassment in SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Sukodono Sragen. This study use four stages of data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, where the four stages are stages in descriptive qualitative research. Interview, observation and documentation methods are used in this study. The results of this study indicate that teachers' perceptions of sex education are more focused on the boundary of the relationship between men and women. While the teacher's perception of sexual harassment mostly states that sexual harassment is an unpleasant verbal act. One teacher said that sexual harassment was forced to have sex. As for the teacher's way of preventing sexual harassment by deepening the child's religious values, recognizing physical or behavioral differences between boys and girls, recognizing a child's family members, growing student safety, teaching the limits of genitalia, then teaching social boundaries child.
