Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of Return On Equity (ROE) , Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price.The population in this study are Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for periode 2015- 2018. The total population of 28 and with the sampling method using purposive sampling obtained a sampel of 10 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of this study it is known that ROE and EPS have a significant effect on stock price. NPM do not effect stock price. The F test result revealed that Return On Equity (ROE, Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously had an effect on stock price.
