Abstract

Based on data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), (2018) there were 13,169 people in Pati who were victims of the floods. Floods in Patiensi Regency, Lahan Regency, Tani Regency, Bangka Belitung Regency. Subdistricts submerged by floods include Gabus Sub-District, Jakenan District, Pati Sub-District, and Juwana District. The surface air height in flooded areas in Pati Regency reaches 20 cm to 125 cm. This study tried to analyze the level of flood vulnerability and Analyzing Districts was the dominant factor causing changes in flooding in Pati District. Methods of data collection using secondary data collection methods accompanied by field observations, and methods of data analysis using scoring and overlay methods. The results showed that the flood vulnerability class had a percentage of 1.26% with an area of 19,373 Km², the flood hazard class was quite susceptible to have a percentage of 20.11%, with an area of 309,701 Km², while the flood vulnerability class was 75,99%, with an area of 1170,472 Km², and the flood hazard class is very prone to have a percentage of 2.64%, with an area of 40,653 Km². The results obtained indicate that the potential for flooding in Pati Regency is relatively moderate, because the regions included in the middle classification have the largest percentage percentage compared to other classifications. Among the parameters studied were land use, soil infiltration, slope, and rainfall. The dominant factor causing flooding in Pati Regency is the slope parameter.
