Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of TTW and STAD cooperative learning models on mathematics learning outcomes; 2) the effect of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes; 3) the interaction between cooperative learning models and student learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes. This research was conducted at Boyolali 2 MTs Negeri 2018 / 2019. This type of research is a quasi-experimental population with all class VII consisting of 7 classes. The research samples were taken 2 classes which were determined by clausal random sampling technique, namely class VII C as the experimental class using the STAD cooperative learning model and class VII B as the control class using the TTW cooperative learning model. Data collection methods used are test methods, motivational questionnaires, documentation. The analysis technique used is two-way variance analysis with unequal cells. Based on the results of calculations with a significance score of 5%, we can conclude: 1) there is an influence of TTW and STAD cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes; 2) to the effect of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes; 3) there is no interaction between cooperative learning models and learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes.
