Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an influence of inflation, the exchange rate of rupiah and population on the amount of infaq and shadaqah (ZIS) zakat collection in Indonesia in 2013-2017 and to find out how much influence inflation, rupiah exchange rate and population the number of infaq and shadaqah (ZIS) zakat funds raised in Indonesia in 2013-2017.This study uses a quantitative approach. The dependent variable used is the number of zakat collections infaq and shadaqah (ZIS). While the independent variable used is inflation, the rupiah exchange rate and the population. The data used are secondary data obtained from the 2018 Indonesian Zakat Outlook National Amil Zakat Agency. In this study using a panel data regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on the amount of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds raised in Indonesia in 2013-2017. While the variables of the rupiah exchange rate and the number of residents have a significant positive effect on the amount of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds raised in Indonesia in 2013-2017.
