Abstract
Employee performance is a major component in the management of Human Resources (HR). Employee performance is very important to be considered by every institution, because good employee performance will increase productivity and development of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Djitoe ITC Surakarta. The type of data in this study are primary data that has been distributed to employees in the production of PT. Djitoe ITC Surakarta as many as 50 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling method by making samples based on research objectives and predetermined criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance.
