Abstract
This study aims to describe the accuracy, effectiveness, constraints, and solutions to the use of the Crossword Puzzle strategy combination of True or False as a model of socialization of the values of Indonesian Unity in Pemuda Muhamma-diyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Grogol branch in Sukoharjo area in 2019. This study uses the pre-experimental with One Group Pretest Posttest design and a sample of 20 people. The sampling technique this research was using Quota Purposive Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. The validity of this research is the validity of the contents using the rough number Correlation Product Moment formula. Reliability of this study uses the formula KR.20. The normality of this study uses paired sample t test. The results showed that t count 9 was greater than t table 2.086 with a significance level of 0.05. The average pretest score of 8.25 increased to 13.20 at posttest. Based on the results of the two prestest and posttest data are then compared so that a difference value of 4.95 is obtained. Based on these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed by H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in understanding the values of Indonesian Unity after the socialization by using the Crossword Puzzle strategy combination of True or False in Pemuda Muhammadiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Grogol branch in Sukoharjo in 2019. Differences This shows an increase in the average score of understanding the values of the Indonesian Unity from the results of the pretest and posttest.
