Abstract

PT. Intermedika Raya is a company that works as a distributor of medical things, hospital equipment, dan drugs distribution that has been established since 24 April 2011 at Jl. Asia Raya No. 11 Perum. Babakan Indah, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. In the first time, the company name was CV. Raynor Medijaya Abadi that established at 21 April 2008, which then changed into PT. Intermedia Raya. On the management process, the company used a conventional paying application that has a lot of unnecessary function and external communication method that takes the advantages of such thing as WhatsApp, which is why make the method really unbeneficial because it has to work twice. Goes with that reason is why it needs a management information system that has been adjusted with the company needs with an auto data sending feature between the users inside the application so it could help fastened the reporting process. This information system is built by taking benefit of prototyping method and website based by using programming code such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySql as a database so this application could be accessed anytime, anywhere, and at any platforms such as laptop and android. Based on the black box testing result it could be concluded that all of the functions could be run normally, and based on the SUS method it has obtained the value 86,67 where the number shows that acceptance rate of the system by the respondents relatively high.
