Abstract
Practically happened many accident [of] [job/activity], specially [in] middle and small industry. In Indonesia, amount of middle and small industry very big, and in general less managed better, specially in the case of working safety and health. This research investigate about health [relation/link] and working safety to [job/activity] motivation. Result of research show, that by together working safety and health by signifikan have an effect on to [job/activity] motivation. But [by] xself, working safety [do] not have an effect on signifikan to [job/activity] motivation, while health [of] [job/activity] have an effect on by signifikan to [job/activity] motivation. Research also show the existence of hand in glove [relation/link] [among/between] working safety and health [of] [job/activity]. Result of research also indicate that employees attitude to working safety and health, [do] not differ or [is] the same, among different age group, also [at] education background group and different year of service group.
