Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing on customer loyalty. The population of this study is the Customers of Tary Jaya Abadi Shop. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with a type of purposive sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria on the respondents. Based on the method and sampling technique obtained as many as 150 respondents who fit the criteria. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, accuracy test of estimator parameters (t test), accuracy test model (F test) and determination (R2). The results showed that Relatioship Marketing in the form of trust, commitment, communication affected the loyalty of Tary Jaya Abadi customers at the Solo Wholesale Center.
