Abstract

This study explains about the ijarah contract in renting room in Multazam Syariah Hotels. Ijarah contract is a type of contract to take advantage by replacing. Ijarah contract (rent) is carried out by both parties who are committed namely between mua’jjir and musta’jjir. The two parties with ijarah intentions (rent) rooms at the Multazam Syariah Hotel are hotel guests as the musta’jjir and the hotel as mua’jjir.This research was conducted to find out the implemtation of ijarah contract (rent) room in Multazam Syariah Hotel and to find out the suaitability of the implementation of ijarah contract (rent) hotel rooms in Multazam Syariah Hotel whether according to fatwa DSN-MUI about ijarah. This typeof research includes field research. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. The method used in data collection was obtained from interviews and documentation. Data analysis method used is by using a qualitative deduktive mindset. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of renting (ijarah) hotels roomsin Multazam Syariah Hotel occurs after an agreement between the room tenantsand the hotel (recepcioinist) with the tenant paying the rent agreed between the two parties. And in the implementation of renting (ijarah) hotels room in Multazam Syariah Hotels it is in accordance with the fatwa DSN-MUI about ijarah because of harmony and ijarah requirements fulfilled.
