Eni Fitri Astuti/A520150047. The INFLUENCE of the ART of DANCE NEW CREATIONS on the DEVELOPMENT of SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD KINDERGARTEN AISYIYAH JONO PURWOREJO 2018/2019 SCHOOL YEAR. Thesis. Faculty of teacher training and educational sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. April 2019. The more we get older the more developed the behavior exhibited by children include children's social and emotional behavior. TK Aisyiyah Jono Purworejo using different activities to stimulate the development of social-emotional early childhood. However, teachers have yet to stimulate the development of social-emotional early childhood with optimal. So, social development emotional stimulation is less innovation is causing children easily get bored. Therefore, early childhood stimulation and mentoring needs to be able to improve its development. This research aims to know the influence of the art of dance new creations on the development of early childhood social emotional in kindergarten Aisyiyah Jono Purworejo 2018/2019 school year. This research uses experimental design pre-design by using One Group Pretest – Posttest Design (one group Prates-Postes). This research data gathering techniques through observation. The subject of this research was the son of Group B which follows the ektrakurikuler dance in kindergarten Aisyiyah Jono Purworejo totalling 11. The results of the initial observation of social development score is emotional child prior to experimentation with new creations is a dance art of 150, with an average 13.64, the highest value and lowest value 12 and SD = 1.362. The results of the observation end of social emotional development of children after wants obtained score 198, with an average of 18, with the highest value and lowest value 15 and SD = 1.949. Based on the results of the analysis of the data can be retrieved 14.093-count ≤ 2.228-table, calculate and obtained significant 0.001 ˂ 0.05 H0 is rejected and then accepted the H1. So can be drawn the conclusion that the dance creations of new influential on the development of early childhood social emotional in kindergarten Aisyiyah Jono Purworejo 2018/2019 school year.
