Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Good Corporate Governance on financial performance on CGPI participants registered on the Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017 with leverage as a control variable. The sample research method uses Purposive Sampling with the period studied for four years and the data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. This analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that GCG had a significant effect on financial performance and Leverage had no significant effect on financial performance.
