Abstract

Energy is one of biggest contributors cost of the production process in a Small and Medium Business (UKM). The study was conducted at CV. Kapas Putih aims to identify and determine energy consumption in the production process and gives the possibility for potential consumption savings for that energy. Energy audits are carried out by calculating the amount of electricity, water and fuel wood consumption, as well as the selection of potential energy saving alternatives using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Peferences Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The results of calculations, analysis and savings calculation obtained the value of electricity savings in February and March 2019 is 3%, for water energy in February 2019 is 58% and March 2019 is 60% and for fuel wood in February 2019 is 10% and March 2019 is 6%.
