Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of service quality, price, and brand image on customer satisfaction online transportation services. Data collection uses questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents. The sample in this study was obtained as many as 139 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that service quality (X1) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, price (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, brand image (X3) online transportation services (X4) Gojek and Grab have no significant effect on customer satisfaction for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta
