Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational commitmen and job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study the population in question was all DPPKB employees while the sample used was also 50 respondents. Based on the results of this study obtained leadership, organizational commitment and satisfaction have an influence on employee performance proven truth. While jointly leadership, organizational commitment, and satisfaction with employee performance proved the truth.
