Abstract

Batik is an art that has a high selling value and has entered the industry, batik companies often make agreements to carry out production activities, such agreements including work agreements and cooperation agreements, in the agreement contain several provisions in accordance with the agreement what is done between craftsmen and entrepreneurs, if the work agreement must contain elements contained in the Civil Code, these elements are delivered: a) work, b) wages, c) orders, then this can be said as a work agreement, whereas the cooperation agreement in the form of funding, as already explained in Article 11 letter (I) of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2013 concerning Implementation of Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro-Businesses, Small-scale Enterprises, Medium-sized Enterprises, must comply with the provisions stipulated in the article so that it can be said that the agreement made by both parties is a cooperation agreement.
