Abstract
This study aims to: (1) identify the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in agencies (2) identify the influence of leadership style on employee performance in agencies, and (3) identify the influence of organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously on employee performance in agencies. The population in this study is the Class 1 Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Agency Semarang. The sample in this study were 62 employees while the sampling method used Random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study it is known that organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee performance. Leadership variables have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the F test test are known that together the organizational culture variables and leadership influence together on employee performance.
