Abstract

Employee performance is something that cannot be saparated from the company, with increasing employee performance it will increase the progress and productivity of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Djitoe ITC. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from employees of PT. Djitoe ITC as many as 50 employees in the production section. Data was collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a measure. The analytical tool used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, Ftest, and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis show that the job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
