Abstract

Cylinder Bucket is included in the front attachment excavator component. These components are combined with a hose that flows the flow of hydraulic oil from the pump to the cylinder bucket. Bucket movement is carried out by bucket cylinder. The mechanism of bucket cylinder is to raise and lower the bucket. Hydraulic oil transfers the power that obtained from the pump to the system. Hydraulic tank use to hold the hydraulic oil from the system and coolant that returns after operation. The filter is used to filter out some impurities contained in hydraulic oil. Pump used to move or moving hydraulic oil that used for work. Relief valve is used as the first action for safety pressure according to the limit. Hydraulic control valve to adjust the amount of flow and direction of flow of hydraulic oil. And the hydraulic hose as a hydraulic oil conductor matches the pressure to all parts of the unit to drive the hydraulic cylinder. This analysis aims to determine the working mechanism of the hydraulic system components and the amount of torque, flow rate, efficiency, and pressure on the hose cylinder bucket.The results of the calculation analysis of the closed cylinder bucket flow capacity of 13.272 ℓ / minute, open cylinder bucket flow capacity of 211.785 ℓ / minute, torque of 503.516 Nm obtained mechanical efficiency of 89.072%, flow rate of 6.061 × m³ / s obtained volumetric efficiency of 79, 392%, and the overall efficiency of the hydraulic pump was 70.716%. Then the power needed at the pump is 23,065 Hp, the pressure loss at the pump inlet hose (Suction Line) is 0,16285 kg / cm² and the pressure loss at the pump exit hose (Dischange Line) is 0,16221 kg / cm².
