Abstract

Background: Prevelention of fraktur included high one of them is fraktur humerus, fraktur usually occur because fall accident, traffic accident, trauma object sharp and blunt Purpose: Knowing the benefits of Infrared and Hold Rilex in cases of post ORIF fracture humerus 1/3 distal in reducing pain, increasing range of motion Results: after getting 3 times the therapy, the result was a reduction in tenderness T1 = 3 to T3 = 1, and a decrease in motion pain T1 = 5 to T3 = 3. Increased range of motion for active movement T1 S = 20-0-30, F = 100-0-30, T = 20-0-100, R = 50-0-90 menjadi T3 S = 30-0-40, F = 110-0-40, T = 30-0-110, 60-0-100. For strength of muscle not yet increased strength of muscle until measure 3 with value 4 on all motion Conclusion: The modality of infrared and hold relax is able to deal with disorders that occur in post orif fracture humerus 1/3 distal.
