Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of health variables and safety variables on employe productivity at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research that uses research data collection techniques through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study used 52 respondents from employees of PT SCG Readymix Indonesia Semarang with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with the t test shown that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on work. Furthermore, through the F test it is shown that the independent variables together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The last test with a determination test (R2) shows the results of the R2 value. This means that health and safety variables have a contribution to work productivity while the remaining is explained by other variables that are not observed.
