Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the different of financial performance of the acquirer which is measure by using Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO). The population of this study is all financial report of PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. The samples are financial report before and after acquisition, with techniques purposive sampling. The study is analyzed using comparative descriptive with test normality and paired sample t-test. The result of the analysis showed that there are 3 variabels have significant difference i.e. Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Retun on Asset (ROA). While the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) do not have any significant differences.
