Abstract

Grobogan Regency is famous as Grobogan Bersemi, said Bersemi is an acronym for the words Clean, Healthy, Steady and Beautiful. Grobogan Regency consists of 19 sub-districts and 273 villages with the district capital in Purwodadi. Grobogan Regency is the sixth largest regency in Central Java Province and is the second largest region in Central Java. With the economic pillar in the agricultural sector. Has a large population. Grobogan Regency has a very large population, if it can be fostered and mobilized as an effective workforce and is a large development capital and very profitable for development efforts in all fields. (BPS, 2016) explained that MSMEs in Grobogan District had helped reduce poverty. However, the lack of promotional activities for MSMEs and the low quality of human resources in Grobogan Regency is one of the problems for Grobogan Regency to develop MSMEs, training on production and promotion and marketing / promotion techniques which are more aggressively known for MSME products and have high competitiveness. On this basis, the building of the Training Center and the building of the Workshop will be designed with the concept of sustainable architecture that is applied to global environmental aspects and biophilic concepts to interior concepts in order to improve the quality of life affecting human health and physiological and psychological well-being. The concept is expected to be able to overcome the problems that exist in the prospective building land Training Center and Workshop which is a former rice field and can also be a pioneer of sustainable buildings in Grobogan Regency.
