Abstract

The agreement between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Boyolali and the Dukcapil Office in Boyolali Regency is a cooperation agreement in the delivery of documents and goods. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical. The type of research used is descriptive research. This cooperation agreement is a formal agreement which means that the implementation of this agreement is not enough with an agreement from the parties but the agreement must be made in writing as outlined in the Agreement No: 1098 / BISRATKET / SALES / 6/1118. The results obtained were the implementation of a cooperation agreement between PT Pos Indonesia Boyolali and the Dukcapil Office of Boyolali Regency in the delivery of documents and goods carried out based on the contents of the agreement that had been made by both parties, which contained provisions that must be carried out by both. Settlement efforts if one party defaults by consensus. However, if these efforts cannot be achieved, they will be resolved by legal channels listed in the Agreement No: 1098 / BISRATKET / SALES / 6/1118.
