Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation, leadership quality and family motivation both partially and simultaneously influencing the performance of members of the Surakarta Police in the City of Police.This type of research is quantitative data used are primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The process of collecting data using the questionnaire / questionnaire method. Testing the analysis prerequisites using the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterocedasticity test, while the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysisThe results of research and data analysis have proven that motivation has a partially significant effect on the performance of Polresta Surakarta police personnel as evidenced by a significance level of less than 0.05. This indicates that the more often it gives encouragement or motivation to the police personnel of the Surakarta Police, the more its performance increases. Leadership has a significant effect partially on the performance of the Surakarta police force. Evidenced by a significance level of less than 0.05 this indicates that leadership factors have a positive impact on the performance of police personnel, meaning that if a leader has the ability to influence someone or a group of people to cooperate, carry out all existing regulations with a sense of responsibility to achieve organizational goals then have a positive impact on the performance of its members. Family support has a significant effect on the performance of Surakarta Police officers, this is evidenced by a significance level of less than 0.05. This means that the higher the family's support, the higher the performance or vice versa if it is bad for family support, the lower the performance. Family support is an attitude or action from the family towards its members in the form of support both morally and materially. Motivation, leadership and family support simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the Surakarta police force. Shown with a significance level of less than 0.05.
