Abstract
F1 seeds are derivatives of pure F0 culture which are grown in media that generally use grains which specifically contain protein. Rice seeds and jackfruit seeds contain (protein, carbohydrate and fat) which can be used as an innovation media for F1 breeding and the growth of misellium oyster mushrooms and mushroom. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of the F1 seedlings of oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms on the media of rice seeds and jackfruit seeds. The method used was an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of two factors, namely the factor of 1 type of fungal breeders (Oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms), factor 2 namely the type of media (rice seeds and jackfruit seeds) with 3 replications. The results showed that oyster mushroom mycelium and straw mushroom can be grown on the media of rice seeds and jackfruit seeds. The fastest growing mycelium on media oyster mushrooms jackfruit seeds is 7.6 cm, and the mushroom media media jackfruit seeds is 6 cm, while the growth of the mycelium is the slowest in the rice oyster mushroom media, which is 2.8 cm, and media mushroom seeds paddy which is 3.5 cm, with compact white color.
