Abstract

Bawon System Wage Practices in the Winning Village of Jambon District, Ponorogo Regency in the Perspective of Islamic Law. Farm workers in Menang Village, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, the wage system uses the traditions or customs of the local community, namely the bawon system with wages in the form of rice from part of the harvest. The purpose of this study was to find out how the wage system of farm laborers in Menang Village, Jambon District, Ponorogo Regency and how Islamic law perspective about the wage system. This type of research is qualitative. The data used in the study are primary data and direct interviews with farm workers and rice field owners. Secondary data is the demographic data of the village to win the district of jambon kabupaten ponorogo. The method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research conducted by bawon system wage transactions are permissible in Islam because wages can be categorized in ajrun musammah or wages that have been mentioned by the owner of swah which is one seventh of all crop yields and are included in the urf lighter garar or business tradition.
